One of the most powerful strategies for staying at the "top of consciousness" of everyone in your database is the Evidence of Success (EOS) Postcard. Used over a period of months (especially when used in tandem with a Letter From The Heart or a monthly Client Newsletter), your referrals automatically increase. After 12 months, you can't imagine that you ever did without them!

The challenge for some members is that they need to see a faster return on their investment — and that's very possible, using a lead-generating offer on the FRONT (address portion of the EOS postcard).

While you will experience success by simply following the instructions in this document, you will gain a much fuller understanding of the marketing principles that power this strategy by listening to the Click Training.

How it Works:

  1. Listen to the Click Training.
  2. Select a photo that is representative of the target market to which you wish to appeal.
  3. Talk with your By Referral Only Lender and develop an understanding of several loan programs that enable a buyer to purchase this home with zero down payment. (If your Lender does not know, print out MORE Document #9082. Both of you need to read it.)
  4. On the address side of the postcard insert a photo and your recorded message phone number and extension. Give this message a unique extension. CHANGE NOTHING ELSE!
  5. On the backside of the card, prepare your Evidence of Success copy as you normally would do.
  6. Print the three recommended scripts: MORE Documents 9017, 9010, 9012. Review them all. Which sounds the most like you?
  7. Record the script you prefer WORD FOR WORD, changing only specific down payment, location information, etc.
  8. Mail your Evidence of Success postcard.
  9. Track the number of hits to your free recorded message extension.
  10. Use the Campaign Tracking form on page 22 or 24 (depending on the version) of your Automatic Prospecting System handbook. What is your hit cost? What is your lead cost?
  11. Report the results of your program in the Q&A portion of the Marketing TeleClass.
